I have received the product with broken charging connector and damaged strip.
I have paid Rs 2449 for this and not able to use.
I definitely want exchange or refund for this.
I can't waste money on defective product.
My husband thinks it’s a mask equivalent of a mood ring!

This has been great for my skin. I cycle through each of the colors for about 15-20 minutes while I’m working from home and I can definitely tell a difference.
I received a damaged one –

In reviews, I saw a remote with the product. And usually LED masks come with a remote. When I complaint to Amazon customer care they refused to Take return of the item.So telling all of you , please do not buy this product. You can get better products for cheaper which also have a remote to control the brightness and intensity of the LED sessions.
