It is a magnesium gummies. There are 60 gummies inside the tub. It taste like a tropical fruity flavour. It is suitable for vegan so brilliant so I can take 2 gummies a day. I can’t say if it actually works. I need more time to see if it does work. Value for money.

Really tasty magnesium gummies, tropical flavour proper nice, tastes like mango. I take one during the day and one before bed, helped loads with my sleep quality. Waking up feeling refreshed every morning. Helped loads with muscle cramps as well, I don’t get them anymore after workouts. Much easier to take than tablets. Would certainly recommend. Firstly, there is one point of confusion I wanted to highlight. The recommended dose is 2 gummies per day and that should provide the 300mg magnesium the brand advertises. However, one of the product images states 3 gummies are required for that level. I personally would ignore this image as I think it’s a typo. The label on the bottle correctly states the dose as 2 gummies providing the advertised amount of magnesium. I’ve taken a photo of the label.I’ve used a couple of gummy supplements now from the “Known” brand and have like them, and thankfully I’ve not been disappointed by these. You get 60 gummies in a plastic tub with screw top lid.Each 2 gummy serving provides 300mg elemental magnesium (from magnesium citrate), estimated at 80% NRV, and 1.4mg Vitamin B6. The magnesium strength seems very decent enough to me, perhaps not super high but certainly better than plenty I’ve come across.Magnesium is very important for various bodily functions, though of course plenty of people take them for additional benefits like improving sleep. These have a fruity tropical flavouring which is sweet but not too sharp, and they chew nicely without residue or any yuckiness afterwards. I wasn’t too sure of the flavour at first but I’ve come to quite like it. I think I’ve found that quite a lot with gummy supplements, that I grow to like the flavour after a few of them. They also have a sugary coating, which I really like as I have a super sweet tooth.These seem like good quality supplements and the fruity flavouring makes them a pleasure to add to my daily supplement routine.
