I liked this product cause it goes down easy when working out not too heavy although some might mind the overly sweet taste. It also helps with muscle cramps which I get often when working out hamstring and Quads.I don`t use a full scoop because it upsets my stomach and everything that goes with an upset stomach.

I am obsessed with this flavor. I’m super picky about flavors, and this stuff has been my absolute favorite for a year. It never gets old. The perfect balance of sweet and flavorful, but not so artificially sweet that you are gagging. BCAA wise it’s one of the best. Highly recommend.

As someone who has been using Xtend BCAA products for a while I decided to switch it up. I liked the ingredients in this product so I decided to give it a try. Dragonfruit is typically one of my favorite flavors so that also led me to my purchase. Needless to say the flavor is way too sweet for me and sort of nauseating. I struggle to get the full serving down during my workout which usually isn’t a problem for me. I’ll be going back to Xtend products.
