Feels ok but results unknown

This is something my wife has used before and liked. However, this time the pump mechanism has stopped dispensing the product after only a short period of use, and there is plenty of product visibly available inside the container, with no way to access it.Even though we have tried to return within the time period I am told we are not able to return/exchange it despite its relatively high cost.

This has been my go to for years. You can use it on the whole eye area. It does not burn or sting. No sagging eyelids, puffiness or circles.

As per the title, this has proven to be excellent for my droopy eyelids. It lasts about 12 hours so I apply twice a day (morning and night) and am happy with results. If I don’t use it that often I found the results less effective. I found it to be effective on my under eye dark circles too but it also made that area dry and my wrinkles seemed more noticeable so I stopped using it for that. The effect on my upper lids however is good enough for me to continue to use and I have purchased another cream designed specifically for under eye.

I like the product, but when I opened the product I wasn’t sure if it was broken. It came in 3 pieces with no directions.The product should provide directions for using and assembling.
