I bought my panel on a black friday sale with a small discount. Did a photo at the start and one in mid- January.At first, when I got the panel because I slipped and fell on ice, and had bruised tailbone and some dislocation in that area. The panel helped me a lot with the pain. I got it because I read someone else`s review about it. It does help a lot with back pain. I combined the panel with strong collagen suppliment and in less than 5 weeks was as good as new. I had visited a chiropracter once for adjustment and after was still in pain as the ligaments were damaged.Now…i was thinking that I did not see any improvements in my skin…but..luckily I took a photo 2 days after I got the panel, and one in mid-Jan. I compared them and was sooo surprised that I did not notice the difference – one of my fine lines on my forehead had disappeared, some of my skin tags are gone too..overall, there is a noticeable improvement on my skin (unfortunately, amazon does not allow me to upload the photos so you can see it too).Honestly, the panel saved me the same amount of money I would have had to use to get a second chiropracter appointment, and the skin tag removal fee.I forgot to mention- it helps me fall asleep faster and better. I use it at night as it makes me sleepy!It is worth it, but it takes time to see results. Take photos or as me you would think there is no change.L

Delivery was swift, product on unpacking was sturdy and really clear instructions and quality tools to add handing brackets – issue was that after 10 minutes of first time use, half of the lights turned off. Even after a rest overnight the lights are not working. So Amazon are picking it up and will refund me. No replacement on offer as external seller. The seller when tried to contact through Amazon directs you back to Amazon. Very disappointed.
