You know when you’re super excited for a new makeup and you get it only to realize that you totally picked the wrong color? Well, that’s my dilemma here. I ordered and recieved the Hot AF color thinking it looks amazing on the red headed model. Well, i was duped. That beautiful red looks orange with my red hair. After a good long laugh and several pictures to my sister’s about the misfortune i decided to hang tight and put the lips to the test.First, it applies beautifully! Super smooth and highly pigmented so you don’t need to double coat if you don’t want to. As for the transfer proof? It’s SO close but not quite. There is still a chance of very minimal transfer to cups or others. However, that being said, this gloss is in it for the long haul! Normally you expect some flaking or drying or feathering after a few hours but this gloss held up strong and vibrant to the end. Color me impressed! (Just not with my color choice). I will definitely be trying a different (and hopefully more flattering) shade soon. The cost is a bit steep for my liking, but it’s a decent enough trade off for the longevity.
