I’ve tried Vampire red and rock ‘n roll red before from Manic Panic. But this Pillarbox red is the best by far. It smells good and like all my other experiences with Manic Panic, it leaves my hair super soft, even after bleaching left it feeling like straw. It left my body, hands and shower stained pinkish-red, but that’s to be expected when using it at home by yourself.

This color looks and covers great but weeks after use it’s still coming off on EVERYTHING. I was a stylist and have used tons of products on my, and others hair, never have I had a color do this so long after the application. I did a vinagre rinse to help lock in the color and it seems to have not helped at all.

The color is cute but not worth the stained scalp and leaving everything that touches my head red. Even when the hair is dry; the red pigment still falls out, I cannot lay on my white couch without an extra towel for my head. I rewashed it in hopes that it will stop bleeding but it just keeps falling out. The photo attached is the second time I washed it!, u shampooed like 5 times and you can see that color is still coming out. It sucks cause I got 6 of them thinking it was going to be good but I will not be putting that on my hair again..

It wasn’t red like it portrays, it stains everything even when you wear gloves, petroleum jelly etc. won’t come off even with ooops! Brand wipes, cleaning vinegar or baking soda, won’t come off with alcohol either! WTH is this? It’s like a cheaper quality of splat that makes your skin crawl and hair thin out. My entire body is hot pink, looking like a cartoon character.

Even after washing it it still comes out on my hands on my pillow anywhere I lay my head even when my hair is dry
