I love this lipstick and this coral colour is my favourite. I literally put it on in the morning and it lasts all day. I occasionally have to retouch it if I am going out in the evening. I detest reapplying makeup or leaving traces on glasses etc or when kissing. This is really kissproof. Once you’ve applied it, leave it to dry for a few minutes. Only downside, can be difficult to remove. I use makeup remover every evening but can still end up waking up with some still on.

A good lightweight matte lipstick.Not an ink formula at all – ink implies sheer – it’s not, it’s opaque and this particular colour is very bright but with the addition of some white pigment to tone it down and make it very slightly pastel.Lasts very well, on first use I tested through drinks, meals, masks wearing and talking. At the end of the evening I asked Grumpy Husband how it looked. His response ‘Yes, it’s still obviously lip-stick-y’.Grumpy Husband has a point, it IS obviously lipstick in appearance. especially this shade, is not one for the natural look. And although he couldn’t see it, it had broken down a little, within the inner of the lip, but not noticeably.I don’t find this as drying as many matte / liquid lipsticks but you do need good condition lips with no flaking at all to pull it off.I appreciate that it has a moments ‘play’ time before setting, so you can blur out the lip edges slightly to get a softer more modern look (as per e.g. make up artist Katie Jane Hughes)Colour wise I would compare to the classic Pink Brandy by Max Factor, as beloved by make up artist Caroline Barnes. If you want a very slightly more pastel version of that in a matte formula, this is ideal.
