Way better than the rollers. Very efficient for getting in and not pulling hair out. Adjustable needle length as well

Pleasantly surprised by this. Half the price of many others available. The needle length is adjustable so the first time I used it at 0.5mm, then have worked up to 1.5 which is recommended for hair growth. Doesn’t hurt as much as you might think – just make sure you sterilise it with 70% alcohol and then let the alcohol dry before using.

Set this to 0.5 and the needles only just show past the surface (definitely not 0.5). Set at 0.75mm which is about right for 0.5 (compared to another derma rollers I’ve used)Works well and easy to clean. Built sturdy and doesn’t cause more pain than normal. For all derma pens/ rollers, The needles will eventually blunt so will have to be replaced so I like that it doesn’t cost much. So can be replace more often without breaking the bank.The results with derma needles depends on the person but I’ve seen improvement in the absorption of minoxidil and noted hair growth increase.
