it might be a little less bright than I thought it would be as I have brown skin but it complimented my skin well and it glows in the dark so nicely. It’s also a little harder to put on but you can get around that using other smaller brushes if you want a specific design but its definitely worth buying

I know my way around liquid eyeliners. I know how to apply them and not make a mess. HOWEVER, these eyeliners are a complete mess of a formulation..they take forever to dry and when they do dry, the formula cracks and cakes as you can see in my pics. I should’ve spent the extra money and bought REAL makeup from Ulta. These are going BACK!
