Amended- Theoretically good. A little bulky and awkward when wearing. BUt the most disappointing thing is that both USB cables malfunctioned and broke and melted part of the plastic on the end panel. Really dangerous and maybe due to UK voltage. I got in touch and while it took a while to sort out the issue, they offered a full refund without the need to return. I am very thankful and pleased with he customer service

This red light device was one of the best purchases I’ve made to heal my hip labral tear. It works exactly as described and came with an instruction manual. It came with sunglasses but I purchased a separate set of just-eye coverings since I plan to use the RL for my face too.

While this little machine gives a lot of advantages for the price, and I have seen many positive results, it does seem cheaply made. The picture is misleading. Be sure to look at the actual dimensions because if you are looking for a larger unit, this is not for you. However, for the price, the intensity and wave lengths are very close to what I was looking for. I have seen sleep improvement, pain reduction with my foot, and a bit of smoothing of fine lines on the face. I expect further improvements as I have only been using this unit for about 2 weeks.
