Ho preso questo multivitaminico che, parliamoci chiaro, seppur contiene quantità veramente misere per singola pastiglia, era ideale per mio padre. Essendo Over60 e avendo un’alimentazione che trascura determinate vitamine e sali minerali, questo integratore è l’ideale. Prende una pastiglia a colazione e una a pranzo.Ricordatevi: se vedete vicino a una vitamina la quantità come 100%, è il MINIMO indispensabile per esser considerata idonea.
