It is very soon yet but I would like to write a first impression result for you guys.A bit of me as a reference, 52 and that why I decide to give (another) try to this, since my metabolism is not so cooperative as it use to be, I took it on my young 30’s with no good results, but back them maybe was my fault,..not clean eating.Today days, since I’m 52, trapped into a plateau and with about the need to lose 8 kilos , I decided to try it again this new formula. I’m training 3-4/ week on a programme named Body beast, eating very clean, morning porridge(with whey protein, made with natural yogurt of kefir, Pb2, blueberries), or 3-4 fried egg (olive oil) with bacon and whole wheat bread, noon always some meat (beef, chicken, salmon), avocado, with Iglo veggies, baked potatoes, or spinach spanish tortilla, evening some soup or even just a tea (intermittent fasting)more or less that my diet, no juices or Sodas and in total I’m about 500-800 under calorie deficit programme.It have been only 4 days, and only today I dare to take 2 pills.First day, the kick was horrible, headache, dizziness, felt really bad, 2 AM I was on my bed full open eyes reading my kindle, 2 and 3rd day were better but I will not go up to 4 as the description recommend since I want to enjoy a full deep sleep. Yes you can say it give you alertness but not the same kind as a good MCT C8 oil give when mixed with your coffee, Also since this kick so much I’m not taking any more my morning/evening coffee and I really missing that. I also take a lot of mate throughout the day, about 1-1.5 litter, every day, and yerba mate ( Sara bought here on amazon) has also some energized factor, and I really do not want to stop drinking mate or coffee because of these pills.So, I will try this for a month and expect to slim down at least 3 kilos, since I believe without I can make it up to 1 or maybe 1.5 kilos, If this do not do 3 kilos, the sacrifice ….for me, will not worth it. I promise I will updated it.
