Nailberry werd in 2012 door Sonia Hully opgericht. Het merk begon eerst met een luxe nagelspa in Chelsea Londen en ontwikkelde zich al snel tot een nagellakcollectie met premium lakken. Sonia merkte dat haar veeleisende clientel voortdurend klaagde over te droge en beschadigde nagels (door ongezonde voeding, onzuiverheden, semi-permanente gelmanicures) en ontwikkelde daarom een reeks nagellakken die moesten helpen om vooral deze problemen aan te pakken.

I got this for my wife but I gather that she is not particularly impressed with it. I suspect that the reason for this is that she already uses a cuticle oil which is only a fraction of the price of this and she was therefore expecting one this to be noticeably better, which it isn’t. It works but so does her regular, cheaper choice and therefore she clearly doesn’t think it to be anything special.
