The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the lower recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 4 months. Pretty good value for money, especially compared to other brands and with a decent dosage too. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your digestive health.
