Excelente suplemento de Sango Coral en cápsulas.Son 180 capsulas, para 2 meses.Contiene calcio marino de coral, magnesio, etc.El Sango coral, de entre las 2500 especies de corales marinos, que ofrece un excelente valor nutricional.Ayudándonos a mantener los huesos y músculos en perfectas condiciones, ya que con el paso de los años, el calcio en el cuerpo, y en los huesos va disminuyendo, y es muy importante un aporte extra de calcio.

This is a very intriguing supplement. It is very expensive. Recommended on the box is 3 capsules per day. The description here seems to say one a day. So that’s quite a difference.I would recommend doing your research to ensure that the ingredients are suitable for you – just because it’s natural, doesn’t mean there won’t be reasons for you to take care with it.From what I have been able to discern (it’s quite difficult to source information on this), this is a supplement that originates in Japan and is tied to a place where the coral filters out the water and leads to longevity. So it’s got an interesting story to it!I do like this brand, but I feel they’ve created some confusion with the description and the dose on the bottle here and they need to correct that.Five stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

This provides Sango sea coral which provides highly bioavailable calcium and magneisum.There are no other ingredients apart from Sango Coral and a capsule shell and again as I have seen from Nature Basics supplements, it provides high quality ingredients in sustainable packaging and appears to be a premium brand.I like that this provides a natural substance to get calcium and magneisum rather than something lab created. I am not sure of the effectiveness over a longer period without having done any blood tests to see changes in calcium and magnesium levels. However, it does appear to be of very high quality.
