This is certainly a convenient way to take this supplement. The lemon flavour makes it quite pleasant and masks any fishy taste that there might be underneath. You take half teaspoonful daily so it works out quite cost effective as you’re getting around 200 servings out of this bottle. quality of the ingredients looks very good and I like the heavy well made glass bottle too.

This and all the other oils from this brand have always been excellent quality, easy to take with no fishy aftertaste, and good value for money.This is lightly flavoured with lemon and apart from it being an oil, you would barely know that it’s a fish oil.Per half teaspoon is a minimum 500mg of EPA and DHA combined, which is a small but good dosage for children. Our children but also our dogs take this, and we never get any complaints.It comes in a high quality glass bottle and it’s very noticeable when comparing to other products that this is not as oxidised, which is likely due to the fact that this uses darkened glass which minimises how much sunlight gets to the liquid.For the cost this is better than most capsule supplements you can buy, so is well worth the money if you are OK with taking an oil instead of a capsule.I would be happy to recommend this or purchase it myself when we run out.

This is a nice quality omega 3 oil, based on Cod Liver Oil. Good sized bottle and a quality brand in my experience that delivers just fine on the promises.

The bottle is glass so it is quite heavy! The quality is good.
