Not Your Mother’s Naturals Tahitian Gardenia Flower Butter Curl Defining Conditioner, Basic, Mango, 16 Fl Oz

So I’ve always had dead curls and pieces that are just straight because my hair hates me. Can’t fix the few straight pieces but this definitely helps with the curls!But a word of advice or common sense… if you use shampoo that does not benefit your curls, this will not work as well as you are hoping. It’s like trying to curl your hair while blow drying it with a brush. It’s gonna be more wavy than curly. I also purchased the shampoo with this and, as a team, they are incredible. Without them I barely have curls, even when using other curly hair shampoos. They don’t work for my hair. I use these two, and sometimes the kinky moves cream, and I have beautiful banana curls. Unfortunately one side of my head has some of those hairs that just fall completely straight. I apologize to whoever has hair like that, as it is not a miracle worker and will work with the hair that is already prepared to naturally curl. But I twist or braid my hair back on that side usually anyway, so it doesn’t matter much to me that it can’t work beyond a conditioner’s capability. It smells so incredible, and my husband loves how my hair smells with it. My hair is super soft after using it. Great change from being coarse and knotted. When pregnancy started the texture of my hair changed from fine to coarse. This conditioner amazingly brings it as close to its pre-pregnany feel as possible – which is very exciting for me as I’ve always had feather soft hair when I took good care of it.But again, this works with your natural hair. It doesn’t perform miracles. If your hair naturally has thick, amazing banana curls, it will bring them out when you use the other products with it that do the same. If your hair is stubborn, it’s only a conditioner. It won’t break the will of your hair. :)I don’t really buy hair products from any company except NYM now that I’ve found these. Best company I’ve found for my hair. I’ve gone through a lot of companies and had given up on having nice curls. This brand was kind of a shot in the dark without much confidence behind it, as I only use natural products on my hair and skin and thought the smell would be awesome. Currently using a charcoal shampoo to help with dandruff and then using these products after to bring all my curls alive. NEVER EVER USING ANOTHER COMPANY FOR MY CURLS.
