Loved this prenatal, it worked great during my wife’s pregnancy. She did not get nauseous with this one, since it includes iron. She said best to take with food or in the evening to avoid upset stomach as well. The pills were a little on the larger side though

I’ve taken a bunch of different prenatal vitamins in the last 3 years and these are definitely the best deal I can find for ones that have all the great things you want in your prenatal, including the ones some of the other brands don’t include but that you definitely want like iron, magnesium zinc, and iodide, etc. Plus the DHA is included! You do have to take 3 a day for the full amount and they are large gel caps but most prenatal vitamins are bigger and way harder to swallow because they are not gel caps like these and I personally never have trouble with them. They also are gentle on my stomach which not all are so I’m a big fan of NOW’s prenatal for a lot of reasons but especially for the cost for such a comprehensive vitamin that you don’t need to buy extra DHA supplements as well!

I was skeptical taking a new prenatal since I’ve already had 2 healthy baby boys. Why should I change? But i was using a cheap general brand that my doctor prescribed to all of her patients, the kind she gave out for free. But free is not the best even if your doctor gives it to you. Plus I was really curious about something more natural, made with real herbs which God created for us to better assimilate vitamins. I’m a busy mom with 7 children now and don’t have time to write reviews, but I had to write this. When my baby girl was born she was born with a head full of hair and still has it at almost 4 months. She was tracing with her eyes soon after birth , smiling voluntarily at 3 weeks and giggling before 2 months. Going on 4 months she is already grabbing everything with accuracy and keeping it in her hand. My hair and nails were also very healthy during pregnancy. Perhaps others may already receive these results with their regular prenatal, but for me I can confidently say, I see a remarkable difference!

Yeah yeah, they kinda stink. But as I’d expect from pure form vitamins with fish oil. But do they work also? Yes! Energy level up. They have all the essentials you need to prepare/during pregnancy. Little bother to my stomach. The first few days I took 1, just to see how I did. Now I do 2, since I’m pretty sensitive. But in comparison to others, these are awesome in that regard.
