I have tried this vitamin and the vitamin D from this brand and I don’t know how but I have felt the difference with others. This one feels of good quality. Easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach.

This is a lifesaver for anyone who needs to supplement with vitamin C while taking a time-released medication. I’m a picky eater and I knew I needed a vitamin C supplement, but I found out that “normal” vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) causes your stomach to be more acidic. Essentially, ascorbic acid forces extended release medications to be broken down and excreted from your body much faster, meaning they either aren’t fully absorbed or the effects wear off more quickly.Before I found out about this product, I was taking vitamin C as ascorbic acid and noticing that my medication would seem to wear off really quickly. Since this is a buffered form, it isn’t acidic and won’t cause the same issues, which has finally allowed me to get the vitamin C I need without having to sacrifice the effectiveness of my meds.

I’m having a hard time swallowing supplements that are 1 inch. These have been great. I have to take more than one but its a relief not to feel it stuck in my esophagus.
