Flavour is surprisingly good, since I can’t stand the taste of most pre workouts. Love that it has the right dosing for essential ingredients and none of the other BS that’s in other compounds. The stimulation was perfect for what I needed, just the right amount to progress my workouts. This will be my permanent pre workout from now on

Pump and caffeine balance is pretty equal. I generally have a higher caffeine tolerance but still felt a good rush from this during the start of my workout. Also doesn’t leave you with that crashing feeling after. Personally think the fruit flavor was easy to go down will definitely be trying other flavors of this product. Only issue is what’s common with most pre’s so much empty space in the container makes me feel like I’m paying for the air in the package as well.
