This set functions as a castor oil pack for detox, but the heating pad completely broke on day 5 and leaked all over. It’s usable without the heating pad, but that added a nice comfort level. I also think heat helps with the absorption of castor oil. I will have to find another way to heat the pack. I use cold-pressed organic castor oil.

Used this to replace a wool pad with cotton that we had.This was much better because it stays in place. Easy to use.The straps are adjustable stretch with buttons. It fit my 8 year old daughter and my wife by just adjusting the straps.The pads are thick enough for the castor oil and the oil doesn’t leak through.The picture shows it in a plastic bag which isn’t included because we store ours in the fridge so the oil doesn’t go rancid.
