This is a smart addition to a handbag – I chose the silver one.It comes with filling instructions on the box, but this being the first such spray I’d ever owned, I admit I was still a bit hesitant and searched for videos.A disappointment was that it can only be filled from a spray bottle. This was unfortunate, as the scent I had in mind didn’t come in one. I suppose that’s the exception these days, so most popular fragrances will be fine. Even so, it’s something to be aware of.Filling is quite straightforward once you’ve understood what to do. The outer shell of the atomiser just twists apart, and you can take out the inner glass vial which you are going to charge up. You remove the spray nozzle from your chosen source bottle, and you can then engage the tiny inlet valve at the base of the vial with the top of the spray tube, and fill it by repeatedly pumping. It took quite a lot of pumps! Afterwards, you put the atomiser vial back in its shell, and the spray nozzle back on your perfume bottle, and you’re done!Apart from being able to fill it only from a spray bottle, the one other limitation is that you’re recommended only ever to put ONE perfume in the atomiser. I assume this is because the inner vial cannot be disassembled for cleaning, so will always contain some residue of the former contents, and spoil any new perfume you fill it with.In fairness, this does seem to be the norm for this type of atomiser, but is a pity, unless you only ever wear one perfume.

Handy thing for taking aftershave on hand luggage and don’t need to lug around huge bottle

Very easy to use. Just take off spray nosel on your aftershave and this leaves a white pipe. Pull the atomiser apart and sit on top. Push down until the required amount is transferred and that’s it.Perfectly small size for travel or a weekend away.
