I love this product, it feels amazing on my skin and isn’t greasy. I have been using this for a couple of years now but every single container, without fail, has cracked and deteriorated to the point where I have to manually take it apart to get to the cream. I’ve never seen anything like it. Then, because the pump isn’t working anymore there is separation of the product with an oil or something and so it isn’t mixing properly when I just use a finger to apply it to my face. Hence the four stars only.

Best moisturize ever used. Lives up to description . Noticeable difference in 2 days. No greasy residue at all. Very light and airy. It really does pull in hydration from air

Let’s start out with the good: The product itself is a nice consistency, and feels hydrating on the skin. The bad:1. As other customers have noted, the packaging design is pretty bad, in that several people (including me) have received damaged bottles. There was no damage to the outside box, so I assume this bottle design just can’t stand up to regular shipping.2. The wasteful plastic packaging does NOT make me feel like I’m doing my part to protect the environment! I also find it deceptive, and mildly insulting. Since my bottle arrived damaged/leaking, I decided to repackage it into a travel container I had on hand. I’ve posted a picture with all of the bottle components separated, after I decanted it into the clear pot on the far left of the photo.3. It’s overpriced. As I mentioned above, I’m actually kind of insulted by the deceptive bottle. They went to a lot of effort to mislead consumers into thinking they’re getting more product than they actually are. If you’re going to sell your sunscreen at eye-cream prices, maybe hang a lampshade on it. Sell an adorable tiny pot. Don’t fill half the bottle with empty space. What their packaging does is disguise the fact that if you want to use this as a sunscreen for your whole face (rather than just your eye area), you would be through a ~$30 bottle in a week. (And throwing away all that plastic every week, too). The recommended amount of product you would need for sun protection, plus following the directions on the bottle for reapplication every two hours… You might not even make it that long.Long story short: I think the product itself is good (4 stars), but way overpriced (brings it down to below average, 2 stars), and once you add in the likely damaged, deceptive, wasteful packaging, it’s down to actively disliking it (1 star).
