The expiration date on these is September, 2026, so 2 years from now. They’re a typical capsule, so easy to swallow. One serving (2 capsules) of these contains 100% of your Recommended Daily Amount of D3 and 83% of K2. While many others have much larger amounts of D3 and K2, I kind of prefer this, as I’m not a fan of taking mega-doses of vitamins. 100% plus whatever I’m getting from the food I eat seems like plenty to me.Having said that, given than others put 5 or 6 times as much in their tablets and capsules, I’m not sure why Biovitalia couldn’t get this amount in a single capsule so you only need to take one (and you have a 60 day supply instead of 30).Pricewise, this is about the same price as the store brand of a 90-day supply at my local chain pharmacy which has about the same amount of K2, but 6 times the D3 (all in one capsule). Of course that one isn’t “organic”, so if that’s important to you, this may be a good option. For me, I will go with the store brand at the chain pharmacy for about 1/3 the price.

This is your typical big bottle of vitamin tablets that you see commonly on Amazon – the difference likely being that these advertise plant-based Vitamin D3, which makes them stand out a bit more in the crowd.While this is a boon, they do seem to offer less Vitamin D3 than competing brands. However they are easy to take and have caused no ill-effects over the month we’ve been taking them, so i’m happy so far and will update if we have anything new to share.They are a little more on the expensive side for less “vitamins”, so you may wish to shop around a bit.

I have personally never seen vitamin D from plant based sources so this is interesting to me.Ingredients are:Lichen, Mushrooms, Spirulina, Mustard Green, Collard Green, Spinach Leaves, Beetroot, Parsley Leaves and Chorella.Better than lab created vitamins.No smell or aftertaste or issues for me.

In the UK in the winter months – and all year if you are rarely outside – it’s important to take vitamin D. Information about this is on the NHS website. D3 is generally the preferred form, though a small number of people need D2 instead or as well. When taking vitamin D, you should also ensure you are getting enough vitamin K, as this stops calcium forming in arteries.This supplement ticks all the right boxes, and is also suitable for vegans. It drops a star as, at time of writing, there are cheaper alternatives on the market.Good product.
