Lovely texture. Leaves skin clean and soft. But I wonder how much longer this product will be available. It’s difficult to find and expensive.

I suspect the product I received came from a batch which didn’t pass quality control. There was no opening at the top of the tube for the product to come out, I used a punch to open it up. Even then, the opening was so narrow, and the product so thick and waxy, I could only get it out by dint of removing the whole top, and then squeezing it against the handbasin edge. For anyone with poor hand strength/mobility, this is pretty useless packaging. That said, it did smell pleasant and did the job getting make up off when I managed to get into it. I wouldn’t buy it again, though.

The seller shipped me the entirely wrong product, sending me the REN Exfoliating Cleanser instead of the Purity Cleansing Balm. I decided to keep the wrong product and luckily Amazon agreed to refund me the difference.The exfoliating cleanser is actually a lovely cleanser. I have very sensitive, redness prone skin, that’s due to dry patches on my cheeks. This is a super gentle cleanser and one of the only exfoliators I’ve used that doesn’t irritate my skin. The jojoba beads exfoliate incredibly gently, so much so that I have been using this every night. It removes every trace of makeup and leaves my skin soft and clean, never tight.I then teordered this cleanser, the balm – and it’s also lovely! A little goes a long way and it melts beautifully into skin. Emulsify with water to rinse, then use a muslin or flannel to remove any residue. My skin is SO soft and it doesn’t cause dryness or irritation. I love this stuff!
