This product works really nicely to make skin more translucent and help with wrinkles. Furthermore the company are incredibly helpful and go out of their way if there is a problem. I lost the charger and they immediately sent one to me and went way further to help than most companies would.

Firstly the level of Customer Care from this company is second to none absolutely first class. So I bought this before Christmas and never got into a routine of using it as it is a bit time consuming. However after a week of lockdown on holiday followed by 2 weeks of self isolation followed by another week of lockdown, I’m losing count, I have had plenty of time to use it. It does work if you use it regularly my skin looks much better the lines around my mouth (ex smoker) have definitely softened. My skin is firmer and plumper and all my lines and wrinkles reduced. It works but you do have to stick at. I may eventually buy the mask as I think that would be easier to use but I am very happy with the results.

It’s a large head, and difficult to maintain contact over a relatively large portion of not-very-flat anatomy. The slider gel kept drying up, and using it for 15 minutes or more as instructed doesn’t seem feasible. Would not particularly recommend.
