I like the way this eyeliner goes on. It glides on smooth in a thin line with no clumping.The tip is clean without any rips in the felt.Once dry, it’s smudge proof.Unfortunately, it is not waterproof. I was able to remove it with a little bit of water, no soap or makeup remover.Also, the longevity isn’t there. After a few hours, the eyeliner starts to flake. If I put my makeup on in the morning and take it off at night, there isn’t much eyeliner to remove because it flaked during the day. It doesn’t last.I even tried it with 2 different kinds of eyeshadows. An expensive brand as well as a brand I bought from the pharmacy. I had the same result with both.It did go on nice though and before it starts to flake, it does look good. If it lasted throughout the day, this would be a different review.
