This review is for the ’60-pack small perm rods, plastic curling rods, 0.35-inch rods with comb, perm set, blue mini curler, ladies’ hair curler, natural short hair curler..’This set of perm curlers and comb arrives in a large transparent plastic bag. The perm rollers are neatly separated into smaller transparent plastic bags with 10 rollers in each. They look exactly as shown on the Amazon listing photos.They are blue hard plastic curlers with an elastic cord which fastens to a ‘lid’ which fits in the end of the roller.I find them easy to use and a good size. (I am not a hairdresser but my Mum used to be and she thinks they look good.)There is also a brown tail-comb which is useful for combing out hair. I have long hair which tangles easily so always use a detangling brush before attempting to comb with a thin toothed comb like this. I think these tail combs are better for shorter straighter hair.When using the perm curlers to test them, I found the elastic pulled a bit on my hair on some of them when I went to take them out (but I do have lots of long fine wavy hair which can get caught easily!)My Mum is going to use them as she perms her hair regularly and likes the look of these! She also has taken the comb!(I read the other review dated 11 March 2025 and think the reviewer must have received something different to the ones I received, and definitely not the ones shown on the Amazon photos! There is definitely no metal on them, no metal pins, and they are hard plastic so they can’t bend.)

Would have been a 2 star but I cant do that because the comb saves it, its a pretty good comb but the plastic rollers are the cheapest thing you could find, they are not even straight and are packed tightly where tou manually have to fold out all of them from random shapes depending on how badly they were cram packed.The pins are metal which are quite a pain due to how some even show rust or something like it.Overall quite a cheap feeling and looking set but the comb is nice.
