It’s a bit overpriced and not the best but it is helpful.The soil based spores helps to calm down sibo symptoms.

In the description is states 4 strains, but on the label it only has 3 strains, as Indicus has been replaced with manufactured anti-oxidants,, I get a lot of bloating from this product since the formula has changed to whatever they’ve added… Stick to Youth and Earthtrial and error I guess.

Some of the contents was damaged as shown in the photo, this is especially disappointing giving it is a high range product with a hefty price tag.
