Delivered on time and rather quickly. Brush is exactly what I was looking for to replace my 15 year old one. It is not super hard and stiff, the bristles are flexible; bending and moving as you stroke it over your scalp and through your hair. The bristles can take a full head of hair with some length on and hold up just fine. Couldn’t possibly know how long it will last as quality overall across the market has slacked but then again, I take care of my brushes. I love it for my long thick hair. Good product.
