    The author of The Complete Guide to Peptides has certainly done her research. I had no knowledge of peptides before reading this book and was surprised by the extent of my ignorance. The author explains exactly what peptides are and goes to great lengths to explain the different kinds of peptides and how they can boost hair growth, improve skin and make you feel healthier and therefore younger. The author advises how to combine different supplements and answers frequently asked questions. This is not an overnight transformation, but it will be interesting to see if there is any difference in my hair and skin quality in a few months.
