This is really good for people that have tried other probiotics, but are still having digestive issues. I went for a live blood analysis and was told that I was not digesting my food, so I wasn’t receiving the benefits my body needed from the food I was eating. This is the probiotic he recommended. It’s making a big difference for me.

I’ve taken different probiotics in the past and some required refrigeration. In particular, I used Udo’s choice Super 8 and it seemed quite good but it was a hassle finding it as it was only sold at places that would keep it refrigerated. Thus when I found this product under the Flora brand on Amazon, I was pleasantly surprised. I thought they had now come up with a different formula not requiring refrigerating. Much to my disappointment, the label actually says that it needs to be refrigerated. I just started it today and don’t know if it’s lost its effectiveness but strongly suggest Amazon to relook at the storage and delivery process and stop offering it if it requires refrigeration to be effective.

I found that it really stopped my hair loss. I can’t say that my hair got thicker, but it stopped the falling, which is a great victory for now
