I swear by these if you get a good batch that gets to you when it should. It’s meant to be kept refrigerated but it arrived late and not in a freeze pack, so unsure of the quality of the last batch as opposed to the first batch where I felt the impact within a couple of days. I think I’m on placebo at the mo hence 4 stars and not 5.Bought for my mum and other fam.

I just keep buying over and over again. All you need is one a day and you really notice the difference. I am not one to get bloated but do with some food groups, this really prevents that. It is said that most illnesses start in the gut and I feel it has helped on that front too. I have tried most on the market, this is the best.
