My blood work shows it.I have a genetic mutation on one of my genes that makes it so that I cannot take statins to lower my cholesterol. The problem with cholesterol medication is that it lowers your good cholesterol as well. I have been taking this product for years now. I tried other Omega 3 products & was always left with either heartburn or a fishy taste.This product comes in the proper proportions & has a pill that helps to quickly dissolve it to get into your system. I take one pack daily & my blood work always shows that I have the cholesterol that you would expect to see from an Olympic athlete (according to my doctor) – I do try to eat healthy as well. I also talked to a psychiatrist & my former college professor in nutrition/biology, and asked them if fish oils actually worked for your brain health, or if that was just a myth. I was told by both of them that they do, but not for most people because they don’t take enough. You have to take around 4000mg a day in order for there to be any effects & most people don’t take but half of that, or even less. Guess what?
