My friend talked me into buying this about a year ago. I was skeptical to say the least but although it doesn’t cure anything it does in fact keep the pain at bay. I use it pretty much head to toe pending on what hurts the most that day and it really helps calm the pain down Definity worth it but you have to be consistent and give it a chance

The manual does not specify how any times to press the power button to get to each setting. It turns red when I press it once, when I press it a second time the red changes slightly, and when I press it a third time it switches to only the light that cannot be seen. I want to use the setting with both IR and near IR, but I have no way of knowing if I should press the power button once or twice to achieve that, since infra red cannot be seen. I want to make sure I am not using the setting that is 660nm only, but how do I know which is which?
