More energy – increased focus – very happy!
I’m really pleased with these! As a normally overly sensitive person this is one of the first B vitamin complexes that my system can handle. I still break the capsule open and use just 50% per day, and already I have long term energy all day long until I go to bed. (I can take a whole one but then I need melatonine by the evening to get to sleep lol – I respond strongly to whatever vitamin, so see this as an exception). Half the capsule is just perfect for me – it seems to give better focus, more overall energy and even seems to have an uplifting effect. I also like that it is such a clean, quite natural formula 🙂 I’m very grateful with this discovery – would definatly buy again 🙂

Product NOT as advertised
I was under the impression that this product would have 40 mg Thiamine and 20 mg of Vitamin B6, like the product photo’s on this advertisement suggests. They probably lowered the dose without updating the photos for some reason, but still disappointed.Edit: the seller offered me a refund and updated the pictures to represent the actual contents of the supplements, so for their customer service I will give this product at least 3 stars.

Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem Vitamin B Komplex, der 200 Kapseln für eine siebenmonatige Versorgung bietet. Besonders beeindruckend finde ich, dass dieses Produkt in Deutschland hergestellt wird und auf unnötige Zusätze verzichtet, was für mich als Veganer besonders wichtig ist. Die hohe Dosierung, die 10-mal stärker als bei vielen anderen Produkten ist, sowie die Verwendung von bio-aktiven Formen der B-Vitamine, machen dieses Produkt zu einem ausgezeichneten Nahrungsergänzungsmittel.Die 500 µg B12 pro Kapsel sind besonders hervorzuheben, da Vitamin B12 ein essentielles Vitamin ist, das besonders bei veganer Ernährung oft ergänzt werden muss. Ich habe seit der Einnahme dieses Komplexes eine spürbare Verbesserung meines allgemeinen Wohlbefindens festgestellt, einschließlich gesteigerter Energie und verbesserter mentaler Klarheit.Zudem schätze ich, dass das Produkt laborgeprüft ist, was mir zusätzliches Vertrauen in seine Qualität und Sicherheit gibt.Insgesamt kann ich diesen Vitamin B Komplex wärmstens empfehlen. Er ist zwar etwas teurer als einige andere Produkte, aber die hohe Qualität und Wirksamkeit rechtfertigen den Preis vollkommen.
