The capsules are quite small and are easy to swallow, they were also the cheapest once on Amazon with the same dosage that I could find. Quite good and effective for health particularly in winter months when there isn’t much sun.

These seem good but I’m not sure which dosage I should take, says take 1 a day in the description but further down says take two a day and also says two a day on the back of the package, I have been taking two but noticed I’m getting headaches that last all day that won’t budge even with painkillers, not sure if this is due to these but I’ve not done anything different…. I do feel my mood in general is happier though so maybe I’ll go down to one a day and see if that helps with the headaches
