I Love this! I bought a new straightener & needed to make sure I had a safe place to put it.. This silicone mat is PERFECT! It’s the Perfect Size, Weight & Thickness to keep my Counter protected! Great to place your curling iron inside the pouch for travel. I recently used it on a trip and placed it on the vanity to protect the countertop from getting damaged. You don’t have to wait till it cools down to tuck it away, which is very nice. I never knew such an item existed, but I’m very happy someone else came up with the idea. Lots of fun colors to pick from. Get one. I’m happy I did.

The pouch does exactly what you want it to do. Protects your countertop and allows you to put away your hot styling tools with having to wait for them to cool off, and that is great because I can’t stand leaving my tools out on the counter, it looks sloppy. BTW, it holds my 1 1/2-inch curling iron perfectly. I can see that maybe a 2-inch iron might be a tight fit, but still doable

When you want to put your curling iron or flat iron away-but it might melt what is next to it-this is the best selection! Also great for packing, right after use, for travel. The colors are fun!
