Zinc is great for boosting the immune system. I take this all year round ad I have an under active thyroid meaning a lower immune system, have done since I was a child, a long with vitamin C. You have to eat alot of oranges to get your EDA, supplements are the way to go. I am the only person in my immediate family who has not had covid.These tablets are cheaper than Boots’, as these tablets are double the strength so you’d have to take two of the ones from Boots to match these and you get double the amount in this pot.

Tras varias semanas (y meses) poniéndome malo constantemente con resfriados e infecciones de garganta y tras una visita a mi médico de cabecera, este me dijo que tomara durante un tiempo suplementación para intentar mejorar el sistema inmune. Pregunté en tiendas cerca de casa y el precio era bastante elevado, así que entre en Amazon y encontré estas y me decidí ya que tienen una dosis bastante alta de Zinc y 400 pastillas por menos de 10 euros.-Presentación y dosis:Vienen en un bote bastante pequeño. Me sorprendió porque al ser 400 pastillas pensaba que sería más grande. Las pastillas son de un tamaño bastante reducido y hay suficientes suministros para entre 6 meses y un año, dependiendo de la dosis que tengas que tomar. Cada pastilla tiene 25 mg de zinc. Yo estoy tomando 2 al día por las mañanas.Facilidad de uso:Las pastillas son muy pequeñas y no tienen nada de sabor, con lo cual se pueden tomar perfectamente con un vaso de agua sin que cueste tragarlas y sin dejar ningún mal sabor.-Beneficios:Se supone que algunos de los beneficios que aporta son una mejora en la salud ocular, así como en el pelo, la piel y el sistema inmunológico. Es para esto último para lo que las tomo y aún no puedo hablar de resultados, pero por lo que he leído suele ayudar y entiendo que, si el médico me ha dicho que lo tome, es porque cree que puede ayudarme a sobrellevar estos meses de frío-La marca:No conocía la marca, pero he visto que tiene buenas opiniones y por lo visto lleva más de 18 años vendiendo este tipo de suplementos, así que eso ayuda a aumentar la confianza. Hoy en día te puedes encontrar cualquier cosa por internet y uno nunca sabe qué creer.-Conclusión:Ahora mismo en cuanto a la eficacia no puedo decir nada, aunque iré actualizando. Lo que sí puedo decir es que me transmite confianza por todo lo que he comentado anteriormente y que resulta muy fácil tomar este suplemente debido al tamaño y a la ausencia de sabor.
